Defining the brand's international communication platform and ecosystem across Campaigns, Brand content, Tone of Voice and Digital Activation.
From Paris to Shanghai, we developed a unique strategy and creative to define the new global 360° brand territory. Our objective was to re-establish Clarins' authenticity at its core, through a completely updated ecosystem and a distinctive, emotional and desirable universe to effectively re-engage today's women and renew their interest towards Clarins. We crafted a more «consumer-centric» approach based on the new international brand signature: «It's all about you». Under the new brand claim, all communications, brand content and all of their applications were created to influence, activate stronger consumer engagement, inspire marketing strategies and intensify the brand’s important step towards digitalization.
